We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced people leader to join our Engineering Services team as a Technical Records Team Leader. Managing a team of eight, you will be responsible for ensuring all required regulatory compliance records are entered and validated into the maintenance information system (MIS) and then archived in accordance with CASA regulations. Further To This, Additional Accountabilities Will Include Reviewing and monitoring the training and development requirements for the Technical Records team Timely management and validation of all Technical Records into the MIS Manage the Technical Records Team roster to ensure suitable coverage is maintained 7 days a week Ensure any missing Technical/Flight Technical and Flight Logs are expedited daily Monitoring of all component activity to ensure that the controlled Aircraft Part Number configurations are maintained to 100%. Monitor appropriate section of the Engineering Services Procedures Manual to ensure current processes are up to date Assisting the Manager Aircraft Technical Data in collating data for reports as required Coordinate regular internal QA audits of Technical Records entered into the MIS Monitor appropriate section of the Engineering Services Procedures Manual to ensure current processes are up to date To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills & experience: Continuous improvement focussed with a keen desire to implement new or improved ways of working Confident communication skills with an ability to navigate your way around conversations with internal and external stakeholders Managing a diverse team across multiple disciplines, developing and mentoring them and being on call to support them whilst they work a rotating shift roster Proven ability to prioritise conflicting demands whilst working at pace About Us The Jetstar Group has airlines in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and Vietnam.
