Job Description


The Fleet Management Executive (Vendor Management – Projects) will develop a robust vendor network to support customers by; developing and sourcing for alternate repair support programs and new vendor relationships, as well as negotiating and reviewing contractual
terms. He/she will also will need to engage internal and external stakeholders to review vendor performance.

Job Description

  • Identify and establish an extensive vendor network that is able to support repair activities for existing and potential Inventory Technical Management (ITM) customers
  • Evaluate and negotiate fixed preferential repair rates and terms with vendors
  • Coordinate with relevant internal/external stakeholders to review vendor performance
    Identify and develop alternatives for high cost repair / high volume repair parts for potential cost savings
  • Manage and track existing agreements and contracts to ensure timely follow up regarding contract re-negotiations/extensions



  • Degree in any Engineering discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the aviation industry would be preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in repair, vendor and/or inventory management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Access, MS Visio, MS Project, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint)Advanced proficiency with Excel; VBA macro experience a plus
  • Able to work well in a dynamic team and environment
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
