  • Update employee time management records in SAP, such as missing clocking, shift pattern changes, etc for payroll purposes
  • Compile monthly HR related data, such as manpower, absences, etc 
  • Provide administrative support, such as new hire onboard orientation, staff engagement arrangement, airticket booking, uniform/ safety shoes issue including all office admin support such as carpark, telephone system, notice board, etc
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Job Requirements

  • Suitable candidate should have qualified with GCE ‘O’/ ‘A’ level/ Diploma from private institutions or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR & office admin support
  • Able to commit to 1 year service
  • Candidate's possessing SAP experience will be preferred
