The main job purpose of a Specialist in Safety, Security & Quality (SSQ) is to ensure SSQ division oversees, manage processes and operations, plan quality control measures, check and review processes and procedures to ensure effective management system. Follows all relevant SSQ policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Adhere and comply with all SSQ national and international requirements.
Review / check SSQ reports and coordinate necessary actions.
Review / update / communicate SSQ manuals with regulatory authorities for approval versus the regulations and the industry new update.
Conduct and/or Provide support and assistance to safety investigations / audits and inspections in coordination with the relevant departments.
Attend incidents / accidents / violation, follow up investigations completion, and prepare final reports and recommendations.
Provide suggestion needed to develop and improve administrative procedures of SSQ.
Assist other SRF Division/Department in manual development.
Perform any other functions related to administration affairs of SSQ as directed by his manager.
