Job Description

The Director of Sales Aircraft Management Services SE Asia is responsible for increasing market share and revenues, developing, pursuing and closing new sales opportunities related to the Aircraft Management Services portfolio and services of Jet Aviation across the EMEA & Asia region. As a representative of the AMS sales function, the job incumbent will be collaborating closely with Regional Operations and other global functions to ensure that the cohesive Jet Aviation growth strategy is being executed.

  • Active sale of "Operation Management Agreements, Flight Support Agreements" & CAMO
  • Support the Senior Director Sales in developing and executing of sales strategies, customized to the respective market conditions (incl. mailings and other marketing campaigns)
  • Prepare offers and aircraft operating budgets, resp. concepts
  • Initial correspondence in connection with new acquisitions
  • Contract negotiations up to contract signature
  • Structures planning and execution of sales travels
  • After Sales" support clients
  • Contact relations with industry partners as OEM’s, MRO’s, Financial Institutions, others
  • Use of Salesforce CRM tool
  • Assure current compliance procedures are followed at all times
  • Acquisition and sale of Jet Aviation Business Jet’s Operations Management- and Flight Support Modules products
  • Sales targets according to respective territorial allocation
  • Independent market cultivation
  • Computer literate and able to maintain CRM for allocated clients
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience selling services or products to high net worth individuals or at the ‘C’ level of private and public corporations; or equivalent combination of experience
  • Must have a clear criminal record
  • May be required to be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • The candidate must have basic knowledge of aviation technologies such as aircraft range, speed, capacity, landing requirements, etc., and how these might affect the customer’s selection of an aircraft for a particular mission
  • Must be available to work non-standard hours/flexible days
  • Extensive travel is expected in this position
