Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To partner and support the assigned business unit and HR division on key HR processes, programmes and initiatives in areas such as recruitment, performance management, talent development
  • To lead a small team to perform operational HR activities in the assigned business unit
  • To collaborate with business and HR managers on HR related programmes, projects and initiatives
  • To influence and coach business unit leaders as applicable for the development and execution of key deliverable in furtherance of the Company’s key objectives

 

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 7 years of HR experience
  • Experience in HR business partnering role dealing with multi-level stakeholders is preferred
  • Experience in dealing with unions is advantageous
  • Experienced in leading a team to deliver HR targets
  • Ability to perform HR operational work while being able to strategise on HR matters to drive organizational growth
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills is critical for the role

 

Applicants may be placed in the position of Assistant Manager or Analyst depending on experience and qualifications
