Saudia, also known as Saudi Arabian Airlines, is the national carrier airline of Saudi Arabia, based in Jeddah. The airline's main operational base is at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah. King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and King Fahd International Airport in Dammam are secondary hubs. The airline is the third largest in the Middle East in terms of revenue, behind Emirates and Qatar Airways. It operates domestic and international scheduled flights to over 85 destinations in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. Domestic and international charter flights are operated, mostly during the Ramadan and the Hajj season. Saudia is a member of the Arab Air Carriers Organization and joined the SkyTeam airline alliance on 29 May 2012.

To generate the material plan of the MRO/airlines. To develop the material demand plan and ensuring the timely availability of materials and uninterrupted flow of activities and that inventory carrying costs are minimised.     Coordinate with Engineering for the work scope required in order to identify needed material. Study availability of needed parts to ensure provision in a timely manner   Place material orders for unavailable material to ensure the uninterrupted flow of different activities. Generates the material demand for the business unit based on the system or the workload received from aircraft planning. Analyse the inventory of aircraft material in most efficient and effective way to ensure optimum materials utilisation and customer support, while accomplishing financial inventory objectives.    Ensure the material demand plan is done on-time and correctly as possible.    Establish forecasts based on analysis of stock data and prepare short/long term plans for  control of aircraft materials stock. Analyse system and materials requirements data to define reorder level and required quantities Establish stock levels and station allocation for consumable and Rotable inventory and ensure  availability.    Monitor established plans and works and set alternative plans. Determine and sort-out types and quantities of stock or scrap parts.   Review and approve all original provisioning order   Study RSPL’s and recommend spare level. Analyse increase of material stock turnover rate, identify reason and provide solutions.   Make technical/ management presentation with necessary data and information. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineering or any appropriate Engineering discipline (Aeronautical, Mechanical, and Electrical Eng). Supply chain (material planning). The main job purpose of a Specialist in Safety, Security & Quality (SSQ) is to ensure SSQ division oversees, manage processes and operations, plan quality control measures, check and review processes and procedures to ensure effective management system. Follows all relevant SSQ policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Responsibilities:   Adhere and comply with all SSQ national and international requirements. Review / check SSQ reports and coordinate necessary actions. Review / update / communicate SSQ manuals with regulatory authorities for approval versus the regulations and the industry new update. Conduct and/or Provide support and assistance to safety investigations / audits and inspections in coordination with the relevant departments. Attend incidents / accidents / violation, follow up investigations completion, and prepare final reports and recommendations. Provide suggestion needed to develop and improve administrative procedures of SSQ. Assist other SRF Division/Department in manual development. Perform any other functions related to administration affairs of SSQ as directed by his manager. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor / Master Aviation Safety, Aeronautical Science, Aviation Management, Industrial Engineering or any other related major. Must have some specialised courses in the field of safety, security and quality. Advanced Level of English.
