Managing a team of eight, you will be responsible for ensuring all required regulatory compliance records are entered and validated into the maintenance information system (MIS) and then archived in accordance with CASA regulations. Further To This, Additional Accountabilities Will Include Reviewing and monitoring the training and development requirements for the Technical Records team Timely management and validation of all Technical Records into the MIS Manage the Technical Records Team roster to ensure suitable coverage is maintained 7 days a week Ensure any missing Technical/Flight Technical and Flight Logs are expedited daily Monitoring of all component activity to ensure that the controlled Aircraft Part Number configurations are maintained to 100%. You will hold the key networks accountability of your portfolio and will be required to drive network deployment strategies in complex markets, align holding group interests with individual airlines and directly manage and influence decision making within the local culture/business practices.   Core accountabilities include the maximisation of route level and overall network profitability over short, medium and long-term horizons.
